The Kansas City Fringe Festival had its first festival in 2005. The Festival has experienced impressive growth - our attendance / ticket sales have steadily grown 25% to 50% every year, with a 60% growth surge for the 2010 Festival. For the 2011 festival we will expand to 2 full weekends – a total of 10 days of performances! We encompasses all genres of performing arts and visual arts. KC even has a Fashion component and will introduce an Eco Fringe to educate/inform our artists and audiences in 2011.
